I provide both commercial and residential clientele unprecedented influence in the Burnaby/Vancouver market area including exceptional research, advice and service. Recently, I have purchased second investment property, a 40 acre farm, on Vancouver Island, and I am helping my clients in the Mid-Island area, including Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum and Duncan, and the small points in between.

My approach to business is analytical, with focus on the financial benefits of the transaction, even for lifestyle type homes. I have a well developed direct email marketing program that brings over 5000 business connections as added value to my listings marketing campaigns - and recently I have added direct mail and social media marketing to benefit my Sellers. Finally, as a licensed mortgage broker, I frequently assist my buyers with financial options, as a full service package.

I recently moved back to RE/MAX in 2023. I was a RE/MAX Platinum Club award winner during my first five years with the company, and I am working on achieving that status again !
